Patient Demographics
While Tebra allows you to manually assign fields and upload some of the patient demographics fields, this feature in Tebra is quite limited. With Upload Advantage, you can easily upload all of the fields that Tebra allows, and you can choose the format on the spreadsheet that works for you. Once the format is created, you can use it repeatedly and across multiple practices.
If you have a customer with a lot of new patients, this can be an enormous time saver. If they have a registration program in place that can export the new patient data to a spreadsheet, you can upload all of this instead of manually typing it in.
Types of Patient Demographic Errors We Check For
As with the encounter data, there is a lot of error checking built in. It checks the following:
Is this the correct sheet and correct date for this practice?
Is the patient already in Tebra?
Is the patient on the spreadsheet more than once?
Is the DOB present?
