$500 Startup
Customization Costs
The $500 startup fee includes one free customization for a practice format, for each data type needed for that practice. If you need additional formats for other practices, there is a $500 charge per practice. If a new practice has the same format as an existing one, there is no charge to add additional practices. If the format for an existing practice is changed, there may be programming charges to accommodate those changes. We will let you know the cost of any necessary program before we undertake it.
$100/month for each 1,000 uploads
Usage Costs
We charge $100/month for each 1,000 uploads or portion thereof. This can be split among many different practices and data types. For example, if practice A had 800 charge uploads and practice B had 500 patient demographic uploads, the total uploads would be 1,300, and the charges would be $200 for that month.

There is a $100/month minimum fee, which includes the first 1,000 uploads, and you can stop any time with one month’s written notice.
