WHAT IS UPLOAD ADVANTAGE?
Upload Advantage is a web-based program that works with Tebra Billing software.
Upload Advantage is a web-based program that works with Tebra to upload data from an Excel spreadsheet into Tebra’s billing software. It is designed for use by billing companies that utilize Tebra, and is an enormous time saver for many billing companies.
It is often the case that our customers (practices) can send us data on an Excel spreadsheet.
In some cases they are manually entering the data onto the spreadsheet. In other cases the software they are using has the capability of exporting the data to a spreadsheet. Suppose you receive a spreadsheet with several hundred encounters on it.
You could spend many hours typing all of this in manually, or you could upload this data into Tebra in minutes with the click of a few buttons.
Upload Advantage offers customization at a very reasonable fee. You do not need to conform to any particular format for the spreadsheets you upload, just so long as it is consistent and does not change. We charge a $500 flat fee per practice for customization. This includes charge, demographic and payment options. For new practices you add to an existing account, if that practice needs a completely different format, there is a charge of $500 per format. If the practice uses the same format as an existing practice, there is no charge to add additional practices. Minor changes from an existing format are priced individually.
There is a $500 startup fee, which includes one free practice customization and all orientation and training. There is a $100/month minimum fee, which includes the first 1,000 uploads, and you can stop any time with one month’s written notice.

If your customer is used to entering the data a certain way or if their software exports the data in a particular format, you do not need to change anything. Once things are set up, you can use the data in the format it is sent. This is also a huge time-saver, and your customers will appreciate not having to change their usual workflow

The most affordable solution.
We charge $100/month for each 1,000 uploads or portion thereof. This can be split among many different practices and data types. For example, if practice A had 800 charge uploads and practice B had 500 patient demographic uploads, the total uploads would be 1,300, and the charges would be $200 for that month.
